 The Ranch is located eight miles east of Mountainair, New Mexico adjacent to Torrance County Road B-028. The Ranch contains approximately 696 deeded acres.* See attached maps. The terrain varies from sloping to rolling grassland with the wide Chavez Draw providing meadows and water for erosion control tanks during the rains. This area receives about 14 inches a year. The elevations run from 6300' to 6400' with outstanding views of the Manzano and Sandia Mountain Ranges. The property has Pinon and Juniper trees mixed with sand dropseed, little bluestem, galleta and blue grama grasses. The corrals, water, electric and storage are located on the highest point of the Ranch. There are three water wells with the owner using one to pump to a storage tank for distribution.
