The house has high, slightly sloped tongue-in-groove ceilings throughout supported on large wood beams.
There are horse facilities consisting of a tack building, hay and feeding building with shelter, water, electricity, and a large fenced arena.
The 89+ acres contain ponderosa pines, pinons, alligator bark junipers, gamble oak, a variety of cactus plants, yuccas, mountain flowers, natural grasses and granite boulders. Deer and elk drink from the stock tank next to the deck. There is a strong water well, 300 feet deep, with a 17,000-gallon storage tank. The house is served by Continental Divide Electric Coop and has propane gas service, telephone service, Internet and e‹mail access.
